 The Procedure of Eggless Orange Cake



Ingredients:

Flour- 1 cup
Tangerine or Orange- 1
Linseed powder- 2 teaspoons
Sugar (finely crushed) ½ cup
Baking soda- ¼ teaspoon
Baking powder- ½ teaspoon
Refined oil- ½ cup



Method:

➤ For making an eggless orange cake, firstly you have to grate the oranges with zest and take out ½ teaspoon zest and put them in a separate vessel. Take the flour in a separate vessel. Add baking soda and baking powder and filter it twice, so that the baking soda mixes well.


➤ After that squeeze the orange and separate the juice. Remember that quarter cup juice is needed for the cake. Mix the juice and linseed powder into a separate vessel. Add oil and orange zest to it.


➤ Mix the sugar in the mixture and beat it very well. After beating the mixture, add flour and mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Now the cake batter is ready. Then take a cake container and grease it. 


➤ Put a butter paper on the bottom of the container and put the cake batter in it. Shake the container slightly, so that the batter is uniformly all around. Make the cake equal with the help of a spoon from the top. 


➤ The cake is ready to bake. Preheat oven to 180-degree centigrade. Put the cake container on the lower rack in the preheated oven, set the oven at 180-degree centigrade for 25 minutes. Check the cake after 25 minutes.


➤ Put a knife in the cake. If the knife comes clean from the cake, it means that the cake is baked well from inside. Now let the cake cool slightly. After that, put the knife around the cake and separate it from the container. The cake is ready to serve. You can also keep it in the fridge for 15 to 20 days.




 Tips:

- If desired, use butter instead of refined oil. 

Orange cake is also prepared with egg. For this, instead of baking soda, you can add 2-3 eggs.

You can add more orange juice if you'd like.

Milk powder or condensed milk can be used instead of linseed powder.
