Fruit Raita is a yogurt-based dish which is most popular during the any fast.

Fruit Raita



If you eat fruit raita during the fast, you will not need to eat any other nutritious food. Because neither oil is used in making it nor gas is used. It is also very easy to make it. It keeps you fresh all day and will not let your digestive power weaken too.


Ingredients:

Banana 1
Apple 1
Grapes 15-20
Pomegranate seeds some pieces
Curd 400 grams
Cardamom 2
Rock salt Or Sugar to- taste


Method:

 Cut the thick round pieces of 1 banana. Cut the1 apple into small pieces. Take 15-20 grapes and take small pieces of Pomegranate seeds. Stir 400 grams (2 cups) of curd by adding 100 grams of cream and 2 -3 tbsp spoon sugar. Mix all prepared fruit in yogurt and add rock salt or sugar as per your taste.  Peel the 2 cardamoms and grind it finely and mix it in raita. Keep raita in the refrigerator to cool down. Raita of fruits is ready, Serve and eat cold flavored raita.

To make Raita of fruits, you can take any of your favorite fruits and remove anyone.
