Easy to cook...simple, delicious Til ke Ladoo.
This is a very special snack of north-Indian houses in winter. It has great health benefits, it is full of iron and nutrients. It controls cholesterol level and keeps the hearts healthy. Due to high calcium, zinc and phosphorus contents in sesame, they are great to improve bones health. It balances hormones, fights cancer and very helping in burning fats. It boosts nutrient absorption.
INGREDIENTS of TIL (Sesame) KE LADOO
- Til (white or black)-250 grams
- Jaggery- 200 grams
- Carom seeds powder- 1 teaspoon
PROCEDURE:
Roast til(Sesame) in a dry pan and keep aside.
Now take Jaggery with half cup water and boil till it turns into thick syrup.
Remove from flame.
Add roasted til along with carom powder.
Make small balls out of this mixture.
Serve it.

Note:
Adding carom (Ajwain) powder makes it easily digestible. It takes very less time to prepare and have great health benefits, apart from this it can be stored for more than 15 days at normal temperature. Please try once, it’s awesome!
