Tasty N Yummy Malai Ladoo..

Malai ladoo


Paneer - 200 gm
Condensed Milk - 1 cup
A few Cardamom pods
Few Saffron strings (As Desired)
Rose water - 2 tsp
Few nuts for garnishing (As desired )


Step 1
Take the paneer and grind or crumble it.

Step 2
Now take a non-stick pan & in that add paneer and condensed milk.

Step 3
Cook it on low flame.

Step 4
When the mixture gets the thicks remove it from flame and keep aside for cool down.

Step 5
Mix cardamom powder and rose water into the mixture. Mix well together.

Step 6
When the mixture cools down to make the normal size ladoos.

Step 7
Garnish it with few strings of saffron or with some nuts.


Peel cardamom pods and crush the seeds into powder.
