After water, a cup of tea with more than 3000 varieties is the most common drinking beverages in the worldwide. Tea makes your day more active in the winter season. Peoples are known for their fondness for tea, and in the winter it becomes a habit for many people. Tea has many benefits. Tea is mainly of 5 types based on the oxidation level. In ordinary colloquial, the lesser the amount of tea the oxidized, the better it will be in taste and aroma. 


Let's know the benefits of 5 types of tea-

1. Rooibos tea or red tea:


Rooibos tea does not contain caffeine and it has less tannin. As per the South African Rooibos Council, rooibos is not a true tea, but it is an herb. The tea is red in color. It is very popular due to its taste and unique color that comes along with other benefits. It has the properties of cancer-fighting and it is also beneficial in skin Alger. It's used as a cure for headaches, insomnia, asthma, eczema, bone weakness, hypertension, allergies, and premature aging. This tea reduces vomiting, stains, acne, swelling of your skin. There are so many minerals found in this tea such as calcium, iron, copper, potassium, manganese, zinc, magnesium, and alpha hydroxy acid. The number of tea bags or amount of loose leaves will depend on your taste. The tea is prepared in a similar way to black tea. Some people like to add milk and sugar to taste. To use it as a natural gentle cleaner, boil the tea first & then cool it first, after applying it to the face. Allow to dry for 10 minutes and then wash.



2. White tea:


This is the least processed form of tea, which gives excellent flavor and fragrance. It is rich in antibacterial properties and it is helpful in reducing cholesterol and blood pressure. Due to the low caffeine content, this is the best option for people who care about their caffeine intake. Those who want to lose weight, they get a spoonful white leaf, half a teaspoon ginger powder and a few drops of lemon for 15 days, and then you will get promising results. Due to the high amount of phenol, it strengthens the elestin and collagen, which also helps in preventing wrinkles and cure acne. White tea can be consumed three to four cups daily.

3. Oolong Tea:


Oolong Tea is rich in antioxidants. It is also a major source of calcium, manganese, potassium, carotin, copper, and selenium, as well as vitamin A, B, C, E, and vitamin K. It is helpful for heart diseases, controlling weight, high cholesterol levels, inflammatory disorders, encourage superior bone structure,   and preventing teeth from getting worse. It keeps the skin healthy and color clean. The simple way is to make pour a teabag or one teaspoon of loose leaves in boiled water and keep for about 5 minutes. Enjoy the tea while it is still hot & as per your taste you can also drink it with milk. People who are suffering from Eczema and want a shiny skin, they are advised to drink two to three cups of oolong tea. It reduces black spots and wrinkles. This is an effective sunscreen and toner.



4. Green Tea:


Due to being rich with anti-oxidants, it proves to help reduce cholesterol and increase healthy cells rapidly. Using sugar in it, it can also be used as a face scrub for removing dead facial cells. This is a great toner, which helps in opening closed loops. This is also a good option for reducing inflammation around the eyes. It can also be used to keep hair clean and to keep them healthy. To get the maximum benefit from Green Tea do not mix milk, sugar, cream, and even honey in it. Mix one teaspoon fresh leaves in boiling water and drink it after taking 2 to 3 minutes. You can be consumed this tea for two or three cups in a day. 



5. Black Tea:


Black tea has minimum contents of proteins, carbohydrates, sodium and it is full of antioxidants known as polyphenols. This tea reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease, diarrhea, digestive problems, high blood pressure, asthma, decreases diabetes level, boosts immunity, and improves bone health. As per the research report of the National University of Singapore, it has been found by the scientists that the caffeine in black tea is inversely associated with Parkinson’s disease. Therefore it helps to reduce Parkinson’s risk. To prepare black tea, take ¼-½ teaspoon loose leaf of black tea for per person in the boiling water. Drink it without milk & sugar and don't drink more than 5 cups of black tea per day. It is Ideal for those people whose skin is oily. Black Tea helps in improving tissue in the hair follicles, bringing freshness to the skin and bringing a natural and bright glow on your face.



Word of Caution:

As there are some of the side effects of excess caffeine are anxiousness, headache, sleeplessness, diarrhea, heartburn, irregular heartbeat, and confusion, then make sure you speak to your doctor before adding any new dietary elements or beverages to your normal routine.
